Based upon our continuous impeccable track record of success and customer support, EMP opened a warehouse and distribution
facility in Greenfield, Indiana in 1999. Subsequently, by 2001, the 60,000 sq. ft. Greenfield facility evolved into a
full service, highly automated, advanced assembly operation.
Through a rapid pace of accelerated growth, it was vital that EMP's management team build the proper infrastructure
necessary to support the growing business, while maintaining our reputation for unsurpassed quality and service. EMP made
a significant investment in establishing an additional 50,000 sq.ft. full-service, highly automated, advanced assembly
operation in Indianapolis, Indiana. This facility is equipped with state-of-the-art equipment including robotics and
other high tech advanced assembly equipment. All operations are cellular based and designed to maximize efficiency,
quality and flexibility.
We continue to make substantial investments in advanced assembly equipment to assure that we can compete and sustain
the company at a global level. EMP's management team is very well aware of advancements in competing technologies,
however, we are confident that any and all competitors are significantly behind the curve when it comes to competing
with EMP's assembly capabilities.
Today, EMP is satisfying the needs of global players who are "on-shoring" their assembly operations, due to quality
and delivery issues that haven't been met as promised by off-shore, low cost providers.
