Conventional products are designed to meet a customer's exact specification. EMP is a focused and specialized
full-service provider of manufacturing, assembly and engineering solutions. Extensive design tools and software,
developed both commercially and in-house, along with a development lab, prototyping facility, and
state-of-the-art testing techniques allow our products to be virtually defect-free at all five
manufacturing and
assembly facilities.
EMP's core competencies include rapid development engineering, automated precision machining and high, mid, and low
volume machining and assembly. Rapid development of each product is standard through the use of Finite Element Analysis
(FEA), solid modeling, Computation Fluid Dynamics (CFD), MathCAD, and DTM prototyping. Detail oriented and precision
machining manufacturing has helped EMP to become a leader in the industry.
EMP currently supplies conventional products to almost all major diesel manufacturers and several automotive OEMs. EMP
has an ever growing portfolio of conventional products including water pumps, priming pumps, oil pumps, high pressure
oil and fuel rails, pistons, intake manifolds, upper oil pans, and many many more.
