Manages staff who perform in the areas of Business Programming, Help Desk, Desktop Support, Plant Communications and Network Administration. Oversees problem management including the tracking system, problem resolution, performance and user satisfaction. Recognizes new developments in information systems technology and anticipates organizational modifications. Recommends network designs and configurations to meet business requirements. Monitors data communications network to ensure that network is available to all system users and resolves data communications problems.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
Bachelors Degree from four-year college or university in Computer Science or related field; and six years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
