EMP's team of engineers are geared toward providing high quality, cost effective custom products on-schedule. The equipment and resources are in-place allowing us the all-inclusive team to make your project a success, starting with proto-type builds and fixtures thru the testing, design and production build phases. We utilize DFM (Design for Manufacturability), DFA (Design for Assembly), DOE (Design of Experiment) & FEA (Finite Element Analysis) to provide exactly what is needed on-time. By employing Creo (Pro-E) solid modeling & CAM software we have the flexibility to address model year changes and lead time constraints. The engineering workforce is educated and certified in Solid modeling & GD&T best practices, as well as our highly qualified toolmakers possessing over 100 year of combined experience. To complement our in-house abilities EMP staff has a proven network of quality reliable outside sources.
