EMP’s team of engineers and developers have created and maintained our diagnostic software for our cooling systems, also developing a mobile app to allow for in-the-field diagnostics.
Our extensive library of service documents, including service manuals, technical specifications, product drawings, and more, are available for download to assist you with all the information you need for your EMP product.
The EMP Service Suite will download with user level access, providing all the tools needed for diagnostic procedures. For customers needing to do activities such as re-flashing controllers, an advanced license is required. To provide you with this additional tool access, we need some information from you and your computer. Use this link to get further instructions and to submit your information to EMP.
