EMP’s manufacturing process is changing the value of production through innovative automated material handling to drive high-volume parts production. We deliver complete per-print products with the most challenging specifications. Our processes range from complex fuel system parts (90 cutting tools, 5-Axis machining in Ductile Iron) to simpler de-flashing operations (3 tools on Aluminum Automotive Components).

CNC Turning Centers

• 54 CNC turning centers, lathes and VTL’s
• Hobbing capabilities
• Okuma and Mori Sieki 2, 4 & 6-axis turning centers
• Lathe capacity from 1.0″ to 24″ diameters and lengths up to 59.0″
• Turn and bore to tolerances of +/-.0002
• Extensive experience producing cradle bearing features in hydraulic components

Most of our VMC’s are used in manual cells paired with one or two other CNC’s in machining cells. These cell layouts allow one operator to run as many as three CNC Machines
